Miragamo; step one

I ordered all the materials needed. I am following the pattern and using Hemp for Knitting's AllHemp6 in Classic 012. I wound the yarn with my ball winder, and since I do not have a yarn swift, I used two dinning room chairs (back to back). I had to wind 10 hanks, so this was a lot of work.

  Here are the handles. It was difficult to find the handles used in the pattern. I kept on scouring the web, and eventually was able to find it on clearance on Jimmy Beans Wool. Currently there is a different style in stock now :(.
