I received a special request to make a neutral beanie last Wednesday. I looked through my yarn stash and found a few candidates that would work. A few hours later I had a finished striped beanie. I am really happy with the way it turned out.. :)

Beanies for twin boys
Our friends Christie & Brett are having twin boys! I got these great washable yarns from Berroco in a mustard yellow and a light brown a while back and was inspired to use them in my striped beanie pattern. I finished both of them this sunny Saturday sitting poolside with Matt. They turned out so adorable, and I cant wait to see them on baby A & baby B. I also made a matching beanie for their toddler Connor. :)

Striped Pointy Hats, my version
Here my version of the striped hat below. I made one in blue/cream, and one in brown/cream.
I also made a little Halloween version. Little Aiden looked so fantastic in this at the pumpkin patch.
Here is a sweet shot of my hat muse, Aiden Anthony Rizzo, and his proud mama, Katie.
